At 4:32 a.m. on October 28th, the observation cameras on Newburgh Drive caught Janiya Carr getting into a Kia enrolled to Tevis Walker. After an hour, at 5:21 a.m., another camera showed the Kia driving onto the grass, switching out its lights where Carr’s body was subsequently found.

After four minutes, at 5:25 a.m., Walker purportedly stopped the Kia in the apartment building’s parking area, found only two or three hundred feet from where Carr’s body was found.
